Under the sun, I raised my babies and my herbs, and the woman in me bloomed. The deeper I connected to my garden and the Earth, the deeper I connected to my spirit. In the kitchen, alongside my daughters, I transformed my harvest in to nourishment and medicine, and then into magic. As I began to honor the wisdom that was awakening within me, a deep connection to the Divine was forged.
The Herbal Alter is a space where Earth and Spirit connect. It is in my kitchen, my garden, the hearth of my home, and in my children.
